A founder of Turner International Group, Keith is an international commercial
investment and merchant banker with over 40 years global experience working
including New York, London, Miami, the Far East and Western Canada. He has
created and managed loan and equity portfolios in excess of a billion dollars and has structured
and closed the financings of over 200 management buyouts and
corporate financings over a wide variety of industries including hydro electric and
waste-to energy cogeneration facilities, as well as with several of North America’s
premier real estate developers and major league sports teams.

In the past 15 years Keith has advised on, closed or managed the closing of, over 60
transactions from Vancouver and Calgary, to Kiev and Colorado, and from Phoenix
to Tampa Bay. Most recently he advised on and facilitated transactions in real estate, media, and blockchain.

Keith is also President of a public company engaged in technology, enterprise
blockchain and AI and has for the past two years has being advising on transactions
and opportunities as well as mergers and acquisitions in the space, and creating “fin-tech” products.

Keith recently announced that for the remainder of his career he is mostly focusing on sponsoring
companies and transactions that make a social impact, a key facet and mission statement of TIG.

A published business writer, TV executive producer, songwriter and radio host,
Keith has been nominated 4 times for the Ernst and Young “Entrepreneur of The Year”  twice
in the Pacific Region, twice in the Prairies and a finalist once. He intends to merge the twin banking
and media skills sets by launching “TIG TV” and “TIG Talk”, business media programming for the
financial community and its
participants.

Keith is a fitness fanatic and a serious long distance runner with many marathons,
half marathons, 10ks, triathlons and other distances under his belt.

He is very much a family man and has 5 children and stepchildren and one
grandchild.
